Here are the students' testimonies :
“It was a great experience, Romanian people are exceptional! I really loved this trip with my friends in Suceava, when I can I will go back there. My host family was very considerate with me and my friend Thomas. Free time and working time were well-balanced and visits were interesting. The atmosphere was very VERY good . If I could I would have stayed over there, I miss this city... :(“, Alexandre.
“Thanks to the Y2BE Erasmus + project, I had the opportunity to travel to Romania. I stayed with a host family which was very nice. During this trip, I discovered a lot of typical things about Romania like monuments, museums, amazing monasteries, music, food and folklore. But the real goal of this trip was to learn key things about market research. On the last day, we did a presentation in international groups to explain what we had learned during the week. All the activities were in English so it was challenging for me but I improved a lot, since we had no choice but to speak English to communicate. I personally gained a lot of knowledge during that trip, both about market research and about a new country and its culture. Thank you!”, Thomas.
“When I arrived in Romania, I was very excited to discover Suceava and to meet new people. As soon as we arrived in front of the Spiru Haret school, I met my host friend whose name was Drisku. We walked a bit in Suceava and started getting to know each other. As I arrived at his apartment, I met his brother and father. I unpacked and immediately Drisku invited me to play football, we played in the same team and won ! On the first day, we visited the school, and started working on market research. Then I went to a restaurant with Drisku, and we had pita, it was delicious ! On the following days, we visited several shoe factories, and we travelled to a beautiful region called Bucovina where we visited amazing monasteries. I loved it because it was peaceful and relaxing. On another day we visited Betty Ice and had an ice-cream. On the last day, it was very hard to say goodbye. Before travelling I didn’t expect so much friendship and love ! This trip was a wonderful experience that I would like to live again. I love Romania !” , Sameh.
“Experience, discovery, adventure, meetings, and culture exchange. This is what the Y2BE project means: a strong adventure. This trip was unforgettable thanks too a lot of company visits like Betty Ice. And the workshops were so interesting ! Now that I am back to France, I can teach my classmates what the market research is, and it’s important to know this to start a company. Our team discovered a new culture and it’s been really lovely. I am surprised and moved by the kindness of the family. To finish, I want to thank the Romanian teachers and coordinators, for their hard work for us, and to my perfect host family for having been so kind to me ! Thanks to my teacher again for letting me doi this trip ... thanks Suceava I will never forget you !”, Fatoumata
